World Heritage Sites in Switzerland

From immense glaciers to vineyards cultivated with dedication: Switzerland included on the World Heritage list not only world famous cultural sites as the Abbey of St Gall with its library. It is also rich in unique landscapes inscribed by UNESCO: for instance the Aletsch glacier or the terraced vineyards of the Lavaux and lots more… Uniqueness is worth to be safeguarded, it obliges to save and share. Further to the UNESCO World Heritage Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch other 10 cultural and natural heritage sites in Switzerland are recorded.
