With its uncompromising Valais products, Valais Prime Food, like us, contributes to the sustainable development of the mountain region by appreciating mountain farming. Respect for animals, the environment and nature is their driving force. The host and top chef Remo Jossen enjoys working with regional products. Valais dried meat, raw ham, meat from the Hérens breed, a gigot of black-nosed lamb or a ragout of the black-necked goat – all from Valais Prime Food, of course. The Valais is a true paradise garden where Remo finds tasty, sun-drenched products. Using these regional products also means honouring the farmers and traditions of the country. The memory and the permanence also go beyond the palate.
